Christian Waller

Christian Waller is an experienced engineering manager at Sensata since February 2014, currently leading the Welding Center of Excellence, which supports global engineering teams in welding and drives research and development initiatives. With a proven track record in developing over 30 welding processes through collaboration with diverse teams, Christian also has held roles as Process Engineer III, II, and I within the same center. Prior experience includes a position as Manufacturing Process Engineer at Tyco Fire Protection Products and serving as a Teaching Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Christian's education includes a Master of Science in Welding Engineering from The Ohio State University, expected in May 2026, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, completed in 2011.
