Martha Sullivan

Martha Sullivan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently, Martha serves as a Board Director and Chair of the Growth and Innovation Committee at Sensata Technologies, as well as President and Chief Executive Officer. Martha also holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at Copeland and has been a Board Member and Audit Chair at Avery Dennison since February 2013. Additionally, Martha contributed as a Board Member and Audit Chair for Goldman Sachs Acquisition Holding Company from July 2020 to September 2021, overseeing a successful business combination with Mirion Technologies, Inc. Earlier in their career, Martha held various leadership positions at Texas Instruments, including Vice President of Sensor Products.
