Randi Jones

Randi Jones, MS, ASP, serves as the Facilities, ESH, and Security Manager at Sensata Technologies since September 2020, overseeing multiple successful audits and implementing key safety initiatives, such as an Emergency Response Plan and mass communication systems. Prior experience includes acting as EHS Manager for Caesarstone US, where Randi formulated health and safety plans and led compliance initiatives across North America. Earlier roles included EHS/Facilities Manager and Specialist at Danaher Corporation, managing a substantial budget and handling Worker’s Compensation claims. Randi’s career began in dental assisting, providing comprehensive patient care. Randi holds a Master of Science in Environmental and Occupational Health from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a focus on Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety from California State University, Fresno.
