Sugosh Venkataraman is a seasoned leader in product and program management, currently serving as Senior Director of Product and Program Management for the Industrial Business at Sensata Technologies since April 2021. With a robust background in engineering and product development, Sugosh successfully launched innovative solutions such as a smart gas leak detection sensor and led the IoT business with comprehensive responsibilities spanning business development and customer success. Previous experience includes a pivotal role as Head of Engineering and Product Development at Osler Diagnostics, contributing to a medical diagnostic start-up's growth, and serving as Vice President of Technology at Whirlpool Corporation, where Sugosh oversaw global initiatives to enhance consumer experience and product performance. Early career achievements at TVS Electronics Limited included leading the printer business and contributing to significant organizational growth. Sugosh holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
