Yogesh Bhardwaj

Yogesh Bhardwaj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data, IT shared services, and emerging technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Sensata Technologies since September 2018, Yogesh has adeptly transformed organizational alignment with business goals, established an AI community of practice, and driven compliance and audit initiatives for finance and accounting. Previous roles include leadership positions at Dell EMC, where significant contributions included overseeing a $14 million customer engagement analytics effort, implementing a cloud-first strategy for BI solutions, and managing a global team within analytics. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance & Strategy from Boston University's Questrom School of Business and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from Lucknow University.
