Anna Gudmundson

Anna Gudmundson has extensive experience in executive and leadership roles in the technology industry. Anna is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Sensate, a company that specializes in consumer neuro-technology and wellbeing-tech. In this role, they oversee the development of Sensate, a groundbreaking consumer product that provides profound calm through vibrotactile resonance therapy. Anna also serves as a Board Director for Sensate.

Prior to their current position, Anna worked as an Independent Consultant, Director, and Advisor at Tech Executive from 2014 to January 2020.

From 2015 to 2017, Anna served as the CEO of Kin Group Holdings Plc (formerly Fitbug), where they successfully turned around a struggling fitness tracker business. Anna implemented a complete restructuring and repositioning of the company, reduced inconsistencies, and developed a B2B portfolio.

Before their role at Kin Group Holdings, Anna worked at Vertu from 2011 to 2014 as the Head of Mobile Services & Product Management. Anna was responsible for developing a service strategy and department for the luxury tech company, targeting high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals. Anna played a key role in defining company strategy and planning and participated in the sale of the business to EQT in 2012. Anna also negotiated critical contracts with Google and Microsoft and introduced innovative services to generate new revenue streams.

Anna's earlier experience includes a role as the Head of Clients at MePlease from 2010 to 2011, Head of Mobile Internet and Senior TPM & BA at Ad.IQ from 2007 to 2010, and Technical Project Manager and Outsourcing Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise from 2005 to 2007.

Anna's career began as an Architect and Developer at Cettico - UPM from 2003 to 2004, where they defined and developed a programming language for user interface specification.

Through their diverse roles and accomplishments, Anna Gudmundson has demonstrated their expertise in leadership, strategy development, restructuring, and innovation in the technology industry.

Anna Gudmundson has a Master's degree in IT Engineering from Uppsala University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2003. Prior to that, in 1998, they briefly studied IT at Luleå University of Technology. In 1996 to 1997, Anna studied French, Modern History, and Philosophy at Université de Bourgogne. Most recently, since 2018, they have been pursuing a field of study in Human Development & Practical Emotional Intelligence at iDiscover 360.
