Shelby Monroe

Shelby Monroe is a Program Navigator at Ibis. She reaches out to new members to collect information and answer questions about the program. Shelby also requests records so Ibis Member Advocates and Chronic Care Specialists are properly equipped to assist in the care of each Ibis member.

Shelby received a degree in English from University of Colorado, an MFA from University of Montana in Creative Writing, and an MSIS from SUNY Albany in Library Science. She spent many years as a librarian but happily made the move to Ibis because she strongly believes in the practice of supporting people by providing better healthcare at home.
