Dave Kelly

Dave Kelly's work experience starts in 1988 when they served as a United States Marine until 1992. Dave then worked as an Emergency Dispatcher from 1993 to 1995. After that, they became a State Trooper from 1995 to 1997 and later joined the Casino Gaming Investigation Unit as a Detective Trooper until 2000. Dave then worked as a Detective Sergeant and Detective Lieutenant in the Organized Crime Team from 2000 to 2006, specializing in large-scale fraud conspiracy cases. From 2006 to 2008, they led an investigative team focused on Identity Theft and Mortgage Fraud cases. Dave later became a Lieutenant Platoon Commander in the Detroit Post and led a Comprehensive Violence Reduction Partnership. In 2011, Dave served as a Lieutenant Acting Post Commander and Assistant Post Commander. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Detective First Lieutenant and Commander in the Western Wayne Criminal Investigations Task Force. Dave then became a Detective First Lieutenant and Commander of the Narcotics Investigation Section, writing Michigan's Statewide Drug Enforcement Strategy. At the Michigan State Police, Dave also served as Captain and Director of Technology, where they set the strategic direction for Information Technology and led IoT innovations. Dave later became Captain and Commander of the Michigan Intelligence Operations Center and integrated the Michigan Cyber Command Center. In 2019, Dave joined Information Builders as Vice President of Public Sector Solutions & Strategy, where they provided thought leadership and designed solutions for government agencies. Dave continued this role until 2021 when the company was acquired by TIBCO. At TIBCO, they became the Chief Solutions Officer for both the Public Sector and Vertical Solutions. In these roles, Dave provided strategic vision and leadership for delivering data and analytics solutions tailored to government agencies and various verticals. Finally, in 2022, Dave became the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of SensCy, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Dave Kelly attended Macomb Community College, where they pursued an Associates degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. The duration of their studies at this institution is unknown.
