SENSE Charter School

SENSE was founded in 2003 as a K-3 school with the purpose of providing educational options for families living on the southeast side of Indianapolis. A lot has changed over the past 18 years, but the vision and passion of the school has remained the same. Today, SENSE serves over 600 students ranging from Kindergarten through 8th grade. The school is dedicated to providing the best education possible for our kids through hands-on instruction, multi-disciplinary learning, highly qualified teachers, and structured after school programming, including award winning sports, robotics, Glee Club, tutoring, and various art clubs. At SENSE, we believe the arts are important in helping spark out students' curiosity and creativity. We think healthy minds mean healthier students. While some schools have moved arts, music, physical education, and STEM to the edges of their school experience, we embrace them at SENSE. Every student deserves a school that incorporates these critical subjects. SENSE is free! We provide free school supplies, breakfast, lunch, and transportation., You can register your student online here or at the school though Enroll Indy. Like traditional public schools, public charter schools have open enrollment policies and cannot discriminate based on race, color, gender, national origin, religion, or ancestry,
