Christopher O'Keefe has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Christopher started their career as an R&D Intern at Olympus IMS in 2018, where they worked with the Systems Engineering group on generating product development metrics and data visualizations using Python scripts.
In 2021, O'Keefe joined GreenSoft Technology, Inc. as a Software Support Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for providing customer support for various software packages, conducting software training for over 30 customers, and co-managing the implementation of a new customer support ticketing system.
In 2023, O'Keefe transitioned to the role of Manager of Customer Support at GreenSoft Technology, Inc. In this position, they continued to provide customer support and also managed the customer support team. However, their tenure in this role was only for a month before they moved on to their current position.
