Kristen Hawkins

Kristen Hawkins has extensive work experience in various marketing and program management roles. Kristen is currently working as a Senior Channel Marketing Manager at Sense since January 2021. Previously, they served as a Senior Director of Policy & Programs at the International District Energy Association from January 2020 to January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Marketing Programs at BRIDGE Energy Group from April 2016 to January 2020. Kristen also worked at Aclara Technologies, where they held multiple roles including Marketing Manager from October 2014 to April 2016, Program Manager of Customer Insights from April 2011 to October 2014, and Client Marketing Analyst from August 2007 to September 2011. Earlier in their career, Kristen worked as a Sales Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts from May 2004 to August 2007, a Consultant at Direct Energy from September 2003 to May 2004, and a Marketing Project Manager at SmartEnergy from November 2000 to July 2003.

Kristen Hawkins holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Hotel Restaurant Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Kristen also has an additional certification in Pragmatic Marketing, specifically at Level III, from Pragmatic Marketing.
