Mario Penava

Mario Penava has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as an Operations Manager at Sense4Boat since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Studio Moderna Hrvatska from 2012 to 2022, holding various roles including Sales Print Manager & SMS Campaign Specialist, Graphic Designer, Sales Team Lead, and Sales Agent. During their time at Studio Moderna, they gained experience in design tasks, leading teams, monitoring productivity, providing guidance and staff development, and resolving customer needs through active communication. Mario also worked at Weltplast as a Junior Sales Manager, focusing on the development and sales of custom-made packaging for logistics and security purposes.

Mario Penava earned a Master's degree in Graphic Technology from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu Faculty of Graphic Arts, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.
