Robotics Engineer at SenseGlove

Akshay Radhamohan M has worked in various roles since 2017. In 2017, they were a Research Intern at KC.IRI - Kumaraguru College of Industrial Research and Innovation, where they worked in a cross disciplinary team to develop a compact 2nd level autonomous system incorporating Real Time Kinetic (RTK) GPS. In 2018, they were a Research Intern at Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), where they designed a novel pedal actuation system targeted for use in an Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGVs). In 2019, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Technische Universiteit Delft, where they helped graduate students learn about dynamics in 3D by means of using multibody dynamics software. In 2020, they were a QC & Haptic Design at SenseGlove, where they were responsible for technical optimization of SenseGlove Development Kit 1.3 Design and Quality Control. In 2021, they were a Graduate Researcher at Amsterdam UMC, where they investigated peripheral consequences in relation to potential central changes in Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) patients with Tremor. Currently, they are a Robotics Engineer at SenseGlove, where they are responsible for technical development of features and product applying SenseGlove technology for Tele-robotic applications.

Akshay Radhamohan M began their educational journey in 2015 when they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kumaraguru College of Technology. In 2016, they obtained a British English Certificate with Distinction from the University of Cambridge. In 2019, they began pursuing a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Bio-mechanical Design at Delft University of Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
