Michael Spradlin

Head of Business Operations at Sense

Michael Spradlin is currently the Head of Business Operations at Sense. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Customer Operations at Front from May 2018 to July 2019. Before that, they were the VP, Revenue & Customer Operations at Adentro from October 2017 to April 2018.

Spradlin began their career at Asana in April 2012, where they served as the Head of Business Operations and led the company's Business Technology team. In this role, they were responsible for developing workflow tools and data ETL processes for Asana's business functions. Michael also oversaw Asana's web developer team and led the company's partnerships function.

Under Spradlin's leadership, Asana expanded into international markets and grew to become one of the leading workflow management software platforms. In October 2017, they left Asana to join Adentro as VP, Revenue & Customer Operations. In this role, they led the Operations, Account Management, and Revenue Operations teams.

In May 2018, Spradlin left Adentro to join Front as Head of Customer Operations. In this role, they were responsible for Front's customer support operations. Michael oversaw a team of customer support reps and helped Front scale its customer support operations. In July 2019, they left Front to join Sense as Head of Business Operations.

Michael Spradlin has a BS in Psychology from Michigan State University.

Michael Spradlin reports to Anil Dharni, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Gennaro Frazzingaro - Director, Engineering, John Ferenchak - VP, Corporate Sales, and Colin Burns - VP, Customer Success.
