Alexandra Walterspiel

Alexandra Walterspiel has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Alexandra is currently serving as the President & Chief Operating Officer at Sensei since January 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Interim President & Chief Operating Officer at the same company from August 2022 to January 2023. Alexandra also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Sensei from February 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining Sensei, Alexandra worked at Life House as a Member of the Board of Advisors starting from February 2021.

Their previous experience includes co-founding IMPRINT Hospitality, a hotel management company, where they held the roles of Managing Partner & Co-Founder from January 2019 to December 2021, and CEO & Co-Founder from January 2015 to January 2019.

Alexandra is the Founder of Walterspiel Hospitality, a company they established in March 2014, which focuses on hospitality consulting.

Alexandra also held significant positions at Sage Hospitality, taking the role of Senior Vice President, Premier & Lifestyle Hotels from July 2007 to March 2013. In this role, they had strategic oversight, growth responsibility, and Profit & Loss accountability for the division of luxury, upper upscale, and independent hotels.

Alexandra started their career at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC in 1991 and held various positions including EAM, Rooms Division, and Vice President, Rooms Division, Clubs, and Residences. Alexandra also worked at The Ritz-Carlton Club as the Director of Business Development.

With their vast experience and expertise in the hospitality industry, Alexandra Walterpiel has played key roles in operational excellence, culture development, and strategic growth.

Alexandra Walterspiel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Business from EHL, from 1986 to 1988. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Lausanne Hotel School.
