Amy Li has over 15 years of extensive experience in human resources management across prestigious hospitality brands. Starting as an Assistant Human Resources Manager at Kempinski Hotels from March 2004 to August 2007, Amy progressed to significant roles including Area Director of People Development at Swire Hotels Beijing, Sr. Director of Human Resources at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Human Resources Director at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Amy has also held positions at Rosewood Sand Hill as Assistant Director of Talent & Culture and served as Director of Human Resources at Kohler Hospitality.
