Joan Marte

Joan Marte is a seasoned hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Sensei since 2025. Previously, they held the position of Director of Rooms at Montage Hotels & Resorts from 2021 to 2025, where they played a key role in the hotel's opening and focused on training and financial management. Joan's extensive experience includes significant leadership roles at Walt Disney World, where they excelled as a Housekeeping Manager, and at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as an Assistant Manager, consistently achieving high quality standards and guest satisfaction. Joan earned a Bachelor's in Science from East Carolina University in 2011.
