Vishal Patel, MD, PhD completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2005. Vishal then pursued their doctoral studies at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine from 2005 to 2013. During this time, they obtained a PhD in Genetics as well as completed their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Informatics.
