Alessandra Paixao

Alessandra Paixao has over 10 years of work experience in the technology industry. Alessandra began their career in 2008 as an Inter Realtor Assistant at Marcos Salvadori Realtor. In 2009, they worked as an Intern on the IT Infrastructure team at Passo Fundo City Hall. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Software Tester at Compasso, where they created and executed tests, developed and prioritized test cases, created test data, and logged outcomes of test execution. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Software QA Analyst at both Datum TI and Neogrid, where they analyzed, planned, implemented, and executed functional and non-functional tests. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at e-Core IT Solutions. Finally, from 2019 to the present, they have worked as a QA Manager and Senior QA Automation Engineer at Sensei Labs.

Alessandra Paixao attended Faculdade Anhanguera de Passo Fundo from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a College degree in Technology Management. From 2011 to 2013, they attended IMED and obtained a Bacharel degree in Sistemas, Analise e Desenvolvimento de sistemas, qualidade de software, Testes, although they did not complete the program. In 2021, they obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences and Skills for Inclusive Conversations. In 2020, they were awarded a Technologist certification from World Education Services. In 2013, they obtained a CTFL - Certified Tester Foundation Level certification from BSTQB/ISTQB.
