Evan Pacht began their career at Target in 2012, where they held two roles. As a Senior Business Analyst in Merchandise Planning Operations - Supply Chain | Seasonal Events, they led teams of 8 to 10 peers through the development and execution of inventory strategies for 7 key Seasonal Events, resulting in consistent and predictable flow of goods and 6.4% same store sales growth in the Fourth Quarter. As a Business Analyst in Merchandise Planning Operations - Special Work Assignments Team (S.W.A.T.), they developed and institutionalized flyer reporting process for Stationery/Seasonal team, driving weekly improvements to team’s flyer inventory positions and above goal inventory positions for 90.9% of 2013 Lawn & Patio flyers. In 2015, Evan Pacht joined Sensei Labs as a Customer Success Coach.
