Greg Carroll

Greg Carroll has over 20 years of experience in project management and productivity solutions. Greg has held various roles, including Delivery Director and Delivery Manager at Sensei Project Solutions, where they provided strategic guidance and support to clients. Prior to that, Greg worked at the City of Port Phillip as a Senior EPMO Reporting Analyst, where they developed processes for project prioritization and selection. Greg also worked at Bupa Australia as an EPM Consultant, implementing project management systems. Greg's experience also includes roles at the Department of Justice, where they managed project portfolios and implemented project management frameworks. Greg began their career as an Information Analyst at NHS Partners, where they developed data analysis and reporting frameworks. Greg has a strong background in project management, resource planning, and stakeholder management.

Greg Carroll obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Genetics from the University of Leeds in the years 1995 to 1997. Greg then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Software Development with a focus on IT at Leeds Beckett University from 2003 to 2004.
