Tamar Schapira's work experience begins in 2005 when they served as an NCO International Relations for the IDF Home Front Command until 2007. In 2009, they worked as a research intern at the International Institute for Counter Terrorism. Tamar then worked as a consultant for the National Emergency Management Authority, focusing on international cooperation and strategy in 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they were a translator and transcriber for Organizational Solutions. Tamar also worked as an associate at Choozer from 2012 to 2013. In 2012, they became the exclusive distributor for Antonym Cosmetics, managing a team and handling marketing, accounting, and finance. Tamar co-founded Inbar Group Accessibility in 2014, providing accessibility solutions for organizations. Starting in 2016, Tamar co-founded Seeds, a sandwich spread company that promotes healthy nutrition. In 2018, they became the CEO and co-founder of SenseIT, an automated testing platform for accessibility. Tamar's most recent work experience, beginning in 2023, is as the Chief Democracy Officer for Democratech Israel.
Tamar Schapira completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Government at Reichman University from 2008 to 2010. Tamar then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Diplomacy & Conflict Resolution from Reichman University from 2010 to 2011.
