Chris Gairns, P.Eng

Chris Gairns, P.Eng has over 19 years of work experience in various roles within the technology and engineering industry.

Chris'smost recent position is Channel Director, Infrastructure IoT at Bentley Infrastructure IoT, which they started in March 2022.

Chris worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Geomatics Department, where they provided teaching, tutoring, and supervision for undergraduate engineering courses. Chris also served as an Equipment Technologist during their time at the University of New Brunswick.

Furthermore, Chris worked as a Geodetic Research Assistant at the Canadian Centre for Geodetic Engineering from May 2003 to September 2004.

Later, they pursued a Master of Science in Engineering, also in Geomatics Engineering, from the University of New Brunswick, from 2005 to 2007.
