Douglas S. Prince

Mr. Prince was elected to the board of directors in December 2015. He also served on the Senseonics, Incorporated board of directors from February 2015 to December 2015. Mr. Prince was the Chief Financial Officer of Crane & Co., Inc., a global technology company, from February 2013 to January 2018. Prior to that he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Northern Power Systems Corp., an energy technology company, from October 2010 to January 2013, and as the Chief Financial Officer of MDS Inc., a public life sciences company, from February 2007 to March 2010. Mr. Prince earned his B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.
