Matthew Alner

Matthew Alner has worked in the tech industry since 2012. Matthew began their career at WDS, A Xerox Company, where they held the roles of Developer, IQ Analyst, and Knowledge Management Analyst. In 2017, they began working at Senseye as a Developer, and also at Conduent as a Developer. At Conduent, they worked on a project related to improving customers' experience when dealing with customer support for Mobile devices. Matthew applied Machine Learning to help call centre agents get the right answers quickly and also a virtual agent to interact with customers directly. At WDS, they were responsible for providing prompt insightful reporting, manipulating large data sets, interactive wallboard design, and designing and delivering predictive and analytical models.

Matthew Alner obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Portsmouth in 2011. In 2016, they received an Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer certification from Oracle.
