Efrat Shomer Hai has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 when they were a Junior Economist at ICL Group. In 2011, they moved to Universal Mccann as an Account Director, where they worked with clients and the executive account team in order to best understand the customers business objectives, and identified target audiences and analyzed their characteristics, behaviours and media habits. In 2015, they took on the role of Product Manager and Product Marketing at AppDome, and then in 2016, they became a Customer Success Manager at WalkMe. In 2018, they moved to Filtersafe Automatic Screen Filtration as a Key Account Manager, and is currently in the role of Customer Success at Sensi.AI since 2022.

Efrat Shomer Hai earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2008 and 2011.
