Shoval Houminer

Shoval Houminer began their career in 2015 as an Administrator in the Department of Public Affairs at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. In 2018, they moved to Log-On Software, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter. In 2020, they joined Watchful as an HR & Talent Acquisition Manager. Currently, they are an HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at Sensi.AI, an award-winning AI-based care quality management platform for home care agencies and elder care communities.

Shoval Houminer completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Behavioral Science degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2018.
