Ilene Calderon-McColister

Ilene Calderon-McColister, MA, LMFT, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in clinical training and education. Currently serving as Senior Hiring Manager and Clinical Trainer at Sensible Care since March 2021, Ilene develops programs that support pre-licensed clinicians in achieving licensure. Additionally, Ilene manages a caseload of clients as a Supervising Therapist. Ilene has held academic positions as an Adjunct Professor at San Joaquin Valley College and previously at Hope International University and Stanbridge College, where responsibilities included curriculum development and student engagement. With a solid background as Program Director at Spectrum Center Schools and Programs and prior roles at Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove, IAS, and Everest College Phoenix, Ilene has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing educational and therapeutic programs, as well as mentoring future professionals in the field of mental health.
