Kami Diaz, LCSW-S, is a seasoned psychotherapist currently practicing at Sensible Care since March 2023 and at Rula since August 2022. With extensive experience at CENTRAL TEXAS YOUTH SERVICES BUREAU since January 2008, Kami has held various leadership roles, including Director of Finance, Executive Director, Director Of Client Services, and Project FUTURE Case Manager. As the owner of Courageous New Directions, PLLC since January 2019, Kami provides board-approved supervision. Additional experience includes serving as an adjunct professor at Texas A&M University–Central Texas from December 2018 to December 2020 and working as a Clinical Case Manager at Cedar Crest Hospital & RTC from February 2013 to March 2019. Educational achievements include a Doctorate of Human Services in Leadership & Organizational Development from Capella University and a Master of Social Work focused on Children & Families from Our Lady of the Lake University.
