Juan Iglesias-López

Juan Iglesias-López has over 20 years of experience in customer service and management. Juan started their career in 2000 as General Manager at Deluxe on Broadway. In 2010, they became the General Manager and Owner of Mikes Place Bars. In 2016, they took on the role of Account Manager at MyHeritage. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Juno Inc. as Global Customer Support Manager, Mentor & Team Leader, Shift Manager, and Global Support Specialist. Juan is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Sensibo.

Juan Iglesias-López received their Bachelor's degree in Hispanic Studies with a focus in Elementary Education and Teaching from Mount Saint Mary College between 1992 and 1997.
