Lynne Bucher

Lynne Bucher has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at Sensidyne, LP since May 2008. In this role, Lynne is responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefit administration, training, performance management, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Prior to this, Lynne worked as a Recruiter at Checkpoint Technologies, specializing in software test engineers, and held roles as Office Manager/Recruiter at Nursefinders and Recruiter at Superior Technology Solutions Corporation. Lynne holds an AAS degree in Accounting from Broome Community College, earned between 2015 and 2019.
