Dr. Hinnerk Boriss (MBA)

Dr. Hinnerk Boriss (MBA) has extensive experience in the business and academic worlds. In 1999, they began their career as an Assistant Professor of Stress Research at Aarhus University. In 2002, they moved to the University of Leipzig - Interdisciplinary Center for Bioinformatics, where they served as Head of Functional Genomics. In 2005, they became Managing Director of In Vitro Technologies, Inc. In 2007, they were appointed CEO of Sovicell, where they helped simplify the drug discovery process with ready-to-use test kits. In 2016, they became CEO of ValiFinn Oy, where they helped people to live a healthier life through health monitoring. In 2019, they joined FasterCapital as a Mentor and Representative. In 2020, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer of Sensie. Most recently, in 2018, they joined HBO consult GmbH, where they helped companies realize their full potential to make more money, accelerate execution, and deliver reliable results.

Dr. Hinnerk Boriss (MBA) has an extensive educational background. Dr. Hinnerk completed an MSC in Biology from The University of G\u00f6ttingen from 1989 to 1994. Dr. Hinnerk then attended Stanford University from 1994 to 1995, studying Biochemistry/Biomedical Informatics. Dr. Hinnerk then obtained a PhD in Proteinchemistry from the Max Planck Society from 1995 to 1998. In 2002, they obtained an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from The Open University. In 2015, they obtained a Certified High Performance Coach from the High Performance Institute. In 2016, they attended PLF live for a Product Launch.
