Gesche Haas is the Founder and CEO of Dreamers & Doers®, an award-winning community and PR Hype Machine™ that amplifies extraordinary women entrepreneurs, investors, and leaders. Currently serving as a Venture Scout at Calm Company Fund and as a Venture Partner at both MBM Capital and Republic, Gesche focuses on supporting entrepreneurs in building sustainable businesses. In addition, Gesche holds advisory roles with Shine Inc., FORTË, and Sensie, all aimed at enhancing well-being and innovative fitness solutions. Gesche is also a Pledger with Founders Pledge, contributing to charitable causes following personal financial exits. Previously involved as an Activator with SheEO™ and on the Executive Advisory Board for #BlogTheir at SheKnows Media, Gesche has played a significant role in supporting women’s initiatives across various platforms. Educational qualifications include a BBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, complemented by studies at NYU Stern School of Business and Beijing Language and Culture University.
