Everaldo Cruz has extensive experience in sales and business management within the food industry, currently serving as Sales Manager at Sensient Food Color since June 2018, and previously holding the position of Senior Account Manager. Prior to this role, Everaldo worked at Ingredion Brasil from January 2011 to June 2017 in various capacities including Business Manager, where responsibilities encompassed contract management, forecasting, budget oversight, and team development, as well as Project Manager, focusing on logistics and product approval. Earlier in the career, Everaldo spent 14 years as Sales Manager for Brazil at National Starch Food Innovation. Educationally, Everaldo holds a degree in Industrial Chemistry from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz, completed in 1987.
