Christian Gutierrez has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Head of Capital Markets at Karlin Real Estate since January 2012, previously holding the position of Associate. Prior to this, Christian worked as a Senior Analyst at The Abbey Company from September 2006 to December 2011. Christian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics-Finance from Bentley University, attended from 2002 to 2006, and completed secondary education at Loyola Academy from 1998 to 2002.
