Mike Hill

Mike Hill has an extensive work experience beginning in 1986 at KRH International where they were the Vice President responsible for new business development and general management activities. Mike worked there until 2001 and developed expertise in structured finance solutions for emerging markets in the areas of infrastructure development and import/export. Hill also developed specialized industry-specific risk transfer and portfolio stabilization models, managed client bases, and learned all aspects of business management and planning in carrying out day-to-day responsibilities.

In 1996, Hill became the Vice President-International at Johnson Insurance and provided risk management and insurance services to commercial banking clients, developed new international business, and served as a liaison to Johnson Bank. Mike developed and oversaw the acquisition of a $3MM+ commercial book of business including the perpetuation of vendor and client relationships. Hill provided risk management consulting services to domestic and foreign start-ups and oversees expansions until 2001.

In 2001, Hill joined Trykor, Inc. as the Vice President and primarily provided business planning for start-ups and new divisions, strategic consulting and plan implementation, and market, and technology research. Mike provided product management services for governmental and private firms until 2008.

From 2007-2011, Hill was the Executive Director at Wisconsin Scottish Rite Foundation/WSRB where they provided executive oversight for 16 full and part-time staff, an 86,000 square-foot historic building including a 10,000-volume historic library, 350-seat theater, and one of the largest private art collections in Wisconsin and related antiquities.

In 2011, they founded SensiPass Ltd. and served as the Founder and CEO. Mike invented the first interactive platform for user authentication and led the product development teams to create solutions based on combining user interactions with their own biometrics and hardware for elegant and AI-resistant user access control. Hill raised several rounds of funding and brought concepts to award-winning realities in the US and Europe for high-security identity-proofing applications.

In 2020, Hill became the Strategic Advisor at TruAnon and supported the founders by identifying key messaging points, developing and refining their approach to partner development and GTM strategies, helping validate a brilliant identity verification technology to help improve safety and security in online ecosystems that are increasingly challenged by a post-COVID environment.

Mike Hill graduated cum laude from Cardinal Stritch University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration; however, no specific start or end date is provided. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Mastodon Federated Communities and TruAnon Digital Identity in November of 2022 from their respective institutions.
