Désirée Widmer has a diverse work experience. Désirée started their career at Kaba in 2011 as a Sachbearbeiterin Einkauf. Désirée worked there for two years before joining Sensirion in 2014. At Sensirion, they initially worked as a Student Employee in Employer Branding & Recruiting for four years. In 2018, they transitioned to a managerial role as the Manager of Recruiting & Employer Branding. In 2021, they became an HR Business Partner, and in 2023, they took on the role of Teamleader in HR Management at Sensirion.
Désirée Widmer's education journey began in 2013 when they enrolled at the ZHAW School of Management and Law. Désirée pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on General Management, completing their degree in 2016. Afterward, they continued their educational pursuits and attended the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts from 2016 to 2018. Here, they obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Business Development and Promotion. In 2021, Désirée Widmer furthered their professional growth by joining the ZHAW School of Management and Law once again. During this period, they completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Global Mobility Management, which they concluded in 2022.
