Dr. Andreas R. Alt

Dr. Andreas R. Alt has a diverse work experience starting with their role as an Electrical Engineering Student at Technische Universität München, where they developed a strong foundation in various disciplines of electrical engineering. After completing their studies, they joined ETH Zurich as a PhD Student, conducting research on ultra-low noise InP HEMTs and establishing a state-of-the-art lab for measurements. Following their PhD, they embarked on a round-the-world trip, traveling to 17 countries and gaining valuable improvisation, perseverance, and organizational skills.

Dr. Andreas R. then joined Sensirion as a Key Account Manager Medical, where they successfully identified and developed key accounts in the EU and US region, exceeding growth expectations. Dr. Andreas R. built strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and collaboration. Later, they were promoted to the role of Sales Director Medical, where they drove market direction, developed innovative solutions, and solved customer problems by utilizing their expertise and industry knowledge.

Dr. Andreas R. Alt completed their education in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Andreas R. pursued their undergraduate studies at the Technical University of Munich between 2001 and 2006, earning a Dipl.-Ing. degree. Subsequently, they went on to pursue a doctoral degree at Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich from 2006 to 2013 and successfully obtained a Dr. sc. ETH Zürich degree.
