Marco Höhener

Marco Höhener has extensive work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Marco most recently served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Sensirion since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of HR Business Partner at Sensirion from January 2018 to December 2021. From December 2010 to December 2017, they worked as the Manager of Employer Branding & Recruiting at the same company.

Before joining Sensirion, Marco worked as an HR Recruitment Specialist at Alstom Power from July 2008 to November 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Harvey Nash AG from October 2005 to June 2008.

Marco Höhener began their career as an Application Engineer at Zurich Insurance in August 1996 and worked there until October 2004.

Marco Höhener attended the ZHAW School of Management and Law from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Human Capital Management. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they enrolled in the NbW - Netzwerk für betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung and obtained the HR Fachmann eidg. FA / HR Expert with Federal Certificate, specializing in Human Resources.
