Philippe Largier has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Philippe is currently working as an R&D Engineer at Sensirion since January 2021. Prior to this, Philippe worked at u-blox from 2014 to 2019, holding two roles. As an Application Engineer, they provided software and hardware support to internal and external customers and also conducted training sessions for FAEs on new products and technologies. In their role as a Hardware Engineer GNSS Modules, Philippe was responsible for the development, verification, and characterization of GNSS modules and worked as a technical project manager. Before joining u-blox, Philippe worked as an Elektroinstallateur at Ruckstuhl Elektrotech AG from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their apprenticeship as an electrician alongside part-time high school education.
Philippe Largier's education history begins in 2006 when they attended the Berufsmaturitätsschule Zürich. There, they pursued a degree in Technische Berufsmatura (BM1). Philippe completed their studies in 2010.
In 2011, Philippe enrolled in the ZHAW School of Engineering, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Philippe successfully completed this program in 2014.
Philippe continued their education at the ZHAW School of Engineering, this time pursuing a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) ZFH in Industrial Engineering. Philippe started this program in 2017 and completed it in 2019.
Thus, Philippe Largier has obtained a Technische Berufsmatura (BM1) degree from the Berufsmaturitätsschule Zürich, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the ZHAW School of Engineering, and a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) ZFH degree in Industrial Engineering, also from the ZHAW School of Engineering.
