Sensirion
Pierre Jouy is a skilled research and development engineer currently employed at Sensirion since July 2023. With extensive experience at IRsweep as a senior engineer since October 2017, Pierre also contributed as a postdoctoral researcher at ETH Zurich from March 2012 to September 2017, where responsibilities included managing the IrSens and HiProMIS projects and nano-fabricating semiconductor lasers in a cleanroom facility. Earlier academic roles include serving as a teacher assistant in physics and optics experiment classes at Université Denis Diderot (Paris VII), where Pierre also completed a PhD focusing on semiconductor intersubband polaritons from October 2008 to February 2012. Pierre’s educational background includes a master’s degree in Nanotechnologies and Quantum Devices and a bachelor’s degree in Physics.
