Sebastian Schnoz

Sebastian Schnoz has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Sebastian started their career as a Nursing Assistant at Flury Stiftung in 2005 but only worked for a short period. In 2006, they worked as a Courier Driver at Dino's Pizzakurier.

Sebastian then transitioned into a role as Cleaning Staff at Stadt Chur from April 2002 to July 2010. Following this, they worked as a Physics Teacher at Kantonsschule Rychenberg for a month in December 2017 and later at Kantonsschule Zürich Nord in February to April 2018.

In 2013, Sebastian joined ETH Zürich as a Research Scientist and Teaching Assistant until October 2018. During this time, they gained expertise in scientific research and also had teaching responsibilities.

Sebastian'smost recent employment was at Sensirion, where they started as a Field Application Engineer from November 2018 to December 2021. Sebastian then continued their journey with Sensirion as a Senior Field Application Engineer starting from January 2022.

Sebastian Schnoz has a diverse educational background. Sebastian completed their secondary education at Bünder Kantonsschule Chur, where they obtained their Matura degree in 2005. Following this, they pursued nursing assistant training at Schweizerisches Rotes Kreuz, earning the certification in September 2005.

Sebastian then attended ETH Zürich, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physics from 2006 to 2009. Sebastian furthered their studies at the same institution and completed a Master of Science degree in Physics from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they also engaged in paragliding lessons and obtained a paragliding license from Bundesamt für Zivilluftfahrt in December 2003.

Continuing their academic journey, Sebastian pursued a Teaching Diploma for Secondary Education from 2011 to 2018, specializing in Maturitätsschulen. Lastly, they completed their doctoral studies at ETH Zürich, earning a Dr. sc. ETH Zürich degree in an unspecified field.
