Haiyan Jin

Haiyan Jin is a seasoned professional in the field of microelectronics, currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Sensitron Semiconductor since November 2008. Previously, Haiyan held the position of Research Scientist at the University of California, Berkeley from August 2006 to November 2008, and has a robust academic background with experience as both an Associate Professor and an Assistant Professor at Peking University from July 2001 to August 2006. Haiyan obtained a PhD in Microelectronics from Peking University, following a Master's degree in Materials Science and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Fudan University. Expertise includes the design of small signal devices, TVS, ultra-fast rectifiers, and Schottky diodes.
