With a background that includes strategic planning, product line management, and new product introduction at companies such as Safran-Labinal Power Systems and Eaton Aerospace, Jim has consistently driven innovation and growth. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
