Joseph Castaldo has extensive work experience in the semiconductor and electronics industry. Joseph is currently the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Sensitron Semiconductor, where they are responsible for leading the sales and marketing teams. Prior to that, they were the Director of Sales at Sensitron Semiconductor, where they led a team of Regional Business Managers, the Inside Sales / Customer Service Team, and the Marcom department.

Before joining Sensitron Semiconductor, Joseph worked at Data Device Corporation as the Product Line Director for Custom Microelectronics. During their time there, they successfully captured a major space grade black box project and built up a substantial pipeline of new business for DDC's Space Portfolio. This led to the largest quantity of Single Board Computers (SBCs) ever booked on a single contract at the Space Business Unit.

Joseph also held positions at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, where they served as the Director of Sales for RF & Power Products and as a Senior Principal Product Marketing Manager. Joseph was the Global Director of Business Development at Aeroflex Microelectronic Solutions, Inc. and the Director of Sales & Marketing at Aeroflex.

Earlier in their career, Joseph worked at North Hills Signal Processing Corp. and North Hills Electronics as the Director of Databus Products and the Director of Signal Processing Products, respectively.

Throughout their career, Joseph has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Joseph Castaldo pursued their education from 1983 to 1989 at the New York Institute of Technology. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical & Computer. Apart from their formal education, Joseph also acquired additional certifications. In September 1984, they completed a course on Effective Speaking & Human Relations at the Dale Carnegie Institute of Nassau. Furthermore, in July 2009, they obtained credits from the IEEE Continuing Education program for their expertise in the Selection of Integrated Circuits for Space Systems.
