Lucia Spevak Balintova

Lucia Spevak Balintova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Lucia currently works as an Information Technology Project Manager at Sensoneo, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SIA S.p.A. from October 2020 to May 2022 as an IT Project Manager and from April 2019 to September 2021 as a PMO & Process Lead.

Before joining SIA S.p.A., Lucia worked at IBM from September 2018 to March 2019 as a Business Operations Manager. Lucia also held roles such as OM Project SME & Agile Champion from April 2016 to August 2018, CEEMEA Team Coordinator & Internal Project Leader from February 2015 to March 2016, Asset Management GDC Orderdesk Administrator for CEEMEA countries from April 2014 to January 2015, and Customer Fulfillment Administrator for UKI region from November 2013 to March 2014.

In their roles at IBM, Lucia had various responsibilities including daily support for CEE&MEA region, handling order requests, order processing, order status tracking, and monitoring. Throughout their career, Lucia has showcased expertise in project management, process improvement, and fulfillment operations.

Lucia Spevak Balintova obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Canterbury Christ Church University from 2009 to 2012. Lucia then pursued a Master of Science degree at Edinburgh Napier University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to their higher education, Lucia attended Gymnazium sv. Tomasa Akvinskeho in Kosice from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in July 2017, Six Sigma Yellow Belt from VMEdu Inc. in January 2017, and Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in December 2016.
