Elena Hogrebe has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Customer Service Manager and previously as Customer Service Specialist at SensoPart since September 2021, where responsibilities include inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. Prior experience includes a role as Program Coordinator for MPI 1, overseeing sales group planning and program evaluation from January to September 2021. Elena also worked as a Nursery School Teacher at Kids Town USA from August 2017 to December 2020, significantly increasing classroom attendance. Earlier career as a Sales Consultant at Gallery U Boutique involved engaging customers and managing inventory processes. Elena is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management at Northwood University, following an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Macomb Community College.
