Comfort Sibanda

Comfort Sibanda is a Senior Back End Developer with extensive experience in backend development and operations. Currently employed at Sensor Networks since July 2022, Comfort previously held a similar role at Absa Group where significant contributions included building a scalable backend banking application and enhancing developer productivity by over 40% through automated software infrastructure. Earlier roles include Lead Developer at Fress, where a scalable backend API was developed for a food marketplace app, and Backend Developer at MTN, contributing to the backend API for South Africa’s Mobile Money service. Comfort also has experience from Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity, involving the creation of map-based UIs and efficient search systems.
