Dr. Robert Peschke

Dr. Robert Peschke has a long and varied work experience. Dr. Robert started their career in 1998 as a Fachlehrer für Führung und Organisation (Offizier) for the Deutsche Bundeswehr. In 2003, they moved to BEI Group as an International Key Account Manager. In 2006, they began working at ALDI Stores as Director of Store Operations (VP). In 2012, they founded DPMC (Dr.Peschke Management Consulting) and Sensorberg GmbH. Dr. Robert also became a Führungskräfte-Coach for DPMC in 2013. In 2017, they became the CEO and Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter of Little John Bikes.

Dr. Robert Peschke obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Houston Christian University in 2006. Dr. Robert then went on to earn a Dr. phil. / Dipl. univ. from Bundeswehr University Munich in 2002, with a field of study in Management Education and Psychology. In 2015, they obtained a Business Coaching certification from Freie Universit\ufffd\ufffdt Berlin.
