Roozbeh Safavieh, Ph.D.

Roozbeh Safavieh, Ph.D. has extensive work experience as a founder and executive in the technology industry. In 2013, they founded Sensoreal Inc. and served as the CEO until 2021. Their role involved overseeing the company's operations and strategic direction. In 2021, Roozbeh co-founded Sensoreal Inc. again, this time as the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO).

Roozbeh Safavieh, Ph.D. obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics from Sharif University of Technology. Roozbeh pursued their Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at UCL, focusing on the field of study in Mechanical Engineering. Roozbeh then went on to complete their Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at McGill University.
